Professor Flint received his Doctor of Laws degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in 1978 and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from ESADE Business School, University Ramon Llull, Barcelona, Spain, and a Masters of Law from Harvard Law School, as well as diplomas in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, in Senior Management from Oxford University, in Leadership and Negotiation from the Harvard Negotiation Project, and in a certificate in Strategic Persuasion from the Robert B. Cialdini Organization. He is President of the Turnaround Management Association of Peru. He is the author of several books in Law and Administration including, Business Negotiation, Business Law, Management of Companies in Crisis: Rescue Techniques, Bankruptcy Law: Business Contracts, Legal-Financial Concepts. and Legal Aspects of Rescuing Companies.
